WhatConverts leads in your clients' SEO reports

WhatConverts connects to RankUpside by webhook. Each phone call and web form lead posts to the client's RankUpside lead URL with its landing page, source and medium. Search leads appear by landing page in the report, and a won deal with the same phone or email within 120 days links back to the lead.

What it doesn't do: Only Phone Call and Web Form lead types are read. Chat, text and other WhatConverts lead types are rejected with an error.

The client site's key rides in the URL, because WhatConverts' webhook settings take a URL only.

Set it up.

WhatConverts' menu names are as its help center shows them on Oct 22, 2026. Webhook

  1. Step 1: Copy the WhatConverts webhook URL

In RankUpside, open the client's settings, then Leads & revenue › Call tracking › WhatConverts, and copy the lead webhook URL, then replace rk_… with the client site's full key (shown once when the key was made; make a new one under Connect revenue if you lost it).
  2. Step 2: Add the webhook in WhatConverts

In WhatConverts, go to Tracking › Integrations › Automations, select Connect under Webhooks, then Add Webhook. Paste the URL, pick the Phone Calls and Web Forms lead types and the New trigger, then Add.
  3. Step 3: Place a test call

Place a test call (or create a test lead in WhatConverts) and check that it appears in the client's calls and leads table in RankUpside. Send test lead inside RankUpside checks the import step only, not the WhatConverts connection.

WhatConverts questions.

Does RankUpside work with WhatConverts?
Yes, by webhook. WhatConverts posts phone calls and web form leads to the client's RankUpside lead URL. There's no native app.
Which WhatConverts lead types are supported?
Phone Call and Web Form. Other lead types return an error for that item, and the rest of the batch is still saved.
Are form leads matched to won deals too?
Yes. A won deal with the same email or phone, closed on or after the lead and within 120 days, links to it.
Does RankUpside store lead contact details?
Only as salted hashes, plus the last two phone digits for display. Names, messages and recordings aren't stored.
