Terms of Service

What the service does

RankUpside brings together Search Console data, market data, ranked SEO recommendations, and client reports. Optional connections add Business Profile performance, leads, and revenue. The features available to your workspace depend on its plan, configuration, and connected services.

Reports and recommendations help you decide what to investigate or change. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside the service; a recommendation is not a guarantee of a particular result.

Your account and client permissions

Connect only accounts and websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for having permission to import client information, share reports, install attribution code, and give an external agent access to client data.

Keep your Google account, webhook keys, agent keys, and private report links secure. Notify us if you believe someone has accessed your workspace without permission. Do not use the service to access another customer's data, bypass limits or security controls, send malicious content, or break applicable law.

Your data and reports

You retain your rights in the information and branding you provide. You authorize RankUpside to process that information to operate the features you use, including syncing connected accounts, retrieving market data, generating reports, and serving reports or agent requests you authorize.

Check that imported records and client settings are accurate. Share report links only with their intended recipients. Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, sharing, retention, and deletion options.

Recommendations and AI agents

You decide whether to implement a fix. Review the evidence, your client's circumstances, and any proposed code or content before making changes. Estimates such as search volume, ad value, and attributed revenue are measurements or models with limits, not verified business outcomes.

The agent connection provides read-only access to a single client's fix list and evidence. Giving that key to Claude Code or another tool lets that tool retrieve the data. Any changes an external agent makes to your website take place through the permissions you give that agent outside RankUpside. Copy Prompt is an alternative you control.

Connected services and availability

Google and other connected providers have their own terms, permissions, limits, and availability. Their data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Reconnecting an account or changing a setting may be necessary when a provider changes its service.

Features may change as the product develops. Maintenance, provider failures, or security measures can interrupt access. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free analysis.

Plans and usage limits

Client-site limits and market-data allowances apply to the plan shown in your workspace. Consult the pricing page for currently published plan information. A price marked “Set at launch” is not a quoted subscription price. These terms do not create a separate payment obligation or authorize an automatic charge.

Stopping use and removing access

You can stop using the service, pause client syncing, remove client sites, revoke agent keys, or revoke Google access. To request closure of your workspace and deletion of stored account data, contact hello@rankupside.com. Removing Google permission alone does not delete previously stored reports.

Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow these terms to exclude remain in effect.
