Integrations: what connects to RankUpside and how

RankUpside connects to Google Search Console directly with read-only access. Everything else comes in by an open method: won deals by CSV export or webhook from any CRM, landing pages by a form snippet on the client's site, and calls and form leads by webhook from CallRail, WhatConverts or any tool that can post JSON.

What it doesn't do: There are no native CRM apps. GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Zapier connect through our webhook or a CSV, and each card says which.

Updated

Every connection, with its method.

Each card says how it connects. Native means you sign in and pick. Webhook means the tool posts JSON to a URL with the client site's key. CSV means you export a file and upload it. Snippet means one script tag on the client's site.

What each method means.

A webhook recipe is never called native here. If a page says Webhook, you build one step in the other tool, and it posts to us.

The webhook every CRM can use.

One endpoint takes won deals from any tool that can post JSON: a GoHighLevel or HubSpot workflow, Zapier, Make, or the CRM's own webhooks.

  • One key per client site, replaceable any time
  • One deal or a list of up to 500 per request
  • Bad items return their own error; the rest are saved

Search Console comes first.

The one native connection is read-only. Each client loads 13 weeks of history as soon as it's added, keeps about 16 months of weekly history, and syncs every Wednesday. Everything else on this page is optional.

Integration questions.

Does RankUpside work with my client's CRM?
Yes, if the CRM can export a CSV or send a webhook. The CSV needs a date, an amount, a landing page and a status column. The webhook takes the same fields as JSON.
Which integrations are native?
Google Search Console. You sign in with Google and pick the properties. Everything else connects by webhook, CSV or the form snippet, and each page says which.
Do I need to connect anything besides Search Console?
No. Reports, causes, fixes and live Google checks all run on Search Console alone. Won deals and calls add a revenue and leads line when a client is ready.
Can I connect call tracking?
Yes. CallRail and WhatConverts post calls and form leads to a lead webhook. Other call trackers, Quo included, can use the generic format.
Does RankUpside connect to Google Analytics?
No. Organic performance comes from Search Console, and leads and deals come from the CRM or call tracker.
