SEO reporting for agencies: every client, what moved and what to fix

RankUpside is an SEO reporting tool for agencies. It reads each client's Google Search Console every week, shows what moved across all clients on one dashboard, names the cause of each change and ranks the fixes by what's at stake. Each client gets a white-label report link under your agency's name, logo and color.

What it doesn't do: It reports on organic search only. Ads, social and email channels aren't covered, and clients open a private link or PDF rather than logging in.

The Monday view across every client.

Search Console syncs every Wednesday, so the overview is fresh before the week's client calls. One screen shows clicks across every client over 13 weeks, the fixes waiting for each one, the reports ready to share and this week's top opportunities.

  • Every client's clicks on one chart
  • Fixes waiting, client by client
  • Reports ready to send, with no rebuilding

One client, what moved and why.

Open a client and every change in the last 4 weeks has a named cause and a fix. Each finding says whether the cause was seen on Google in this week's live check or inferred from Search Console. How the causes are found.

A fix list your team can work through.

Each client gets one list, ranked by estimated value at stake, the client's grow-these priorities, confidence and effort. Start a fix, mark it done with a note, and the page is tracked for 8 weeks against the whole site.

Agency questions.

What is the best SEO reporting tool for agencies?
The one that matches what you sell. If your clients buy SEO only, pick a tool built on Search Console that explains changes and ranks fixes, like RankUpside. If you report ads and social too, an all-channel dashboard fits better. See our honest roundup of the main options.
How many clients can I manage in RankUpside?
The trial covers 3 client sites. Starter covers 10 and Agency covers 30. Above 30, email us for volume pricing. Every plan has every feature.
Do my clients need a login?
No. Each client gets a private report link and a PDF. There are no client logins yet. Anyone with the link can view that report, and New link disables the old one.
How long does it take to add a client?
A few minutes. Sign in with Google, tick the client's Search Console property, and the first report builds from 13 weeks of history right away. Branding is set once for the whole agency.
Does RankUpside replace Search Console?
No. It reads Search Console data and adds what Search Console doesn't do: a view across all clients, the cause behind each change, ranked fixes, live Google checks and a client report.
Can my team see every client?
Today a workspace has one sign-in. Team seats are on the list, not built yet.

Connect a client and see their first report.

The first report builds from 13 weeks of Search Console history as soon as you connect. Start with 3 client sites.
