Connect any CRM to RankUpside with Zapier or Make

Zapier and Make connect any CRM to RankUpside through our webhook. Build a Zap that triggers when a deal or job is won, then add a Webhooks by Zapier POST step to the client's RankUpside revenue URL with the site's key. In Make, use an HTTP request module the same way. Each deal then lands in the client's report.

What it doesn't do: There's no RankUpside app in the Zapier or Make directories. You use their generic webhook steps, which may need a paid Zapier plan.

The Zap.

For CRMs with no webhook of their own, such as many field-service tools, a Zap carries each won deal to the client's revenue webhook. Zapier and Make names are as their own docs show them on Oct 22, 2026. Webhook

  1. Step 1: Trigger on a won deal

Start a Zap with your CRM's own Zapier app and the trigger it offers for a won deal or a completed job.
  2. Step 2: Add Webhooks by Zapier, POST

Add an action step with Webhooks by Zapier and choose POST. Zapier only offers Webhooks by Zapier on its paid plans, so the Zap needs one.
  3. Step 3: Set the URL, payload and header

URL https://rankupside.com/api/hooks/revenue, payload type JSON, and a header named Authorization with the value Bearer followed by the client site's key from RankUpside.
  4. Step 4: Map the fields and test

Map id, amount, status, landing_page and source from the trigger. Test the step, then check Recent deals in RankUpside's client settings.

Field mapping.

The same fields for Zapier and Make. Names on the left must match exactly; values come from your CRM's trigger.

The Make scenario.

In Make, add the HTTP app's Make a request module after your CRM's won-deal trigger. Set the method to POST, add the Authorization header, choose a JSON body and map the same fields.

Calls through Zapier.

For a call tracker without a webhook of its own, post each call to the generic lead webhook instead, with the same key.

POST https://rankupside.com/api/hooks/leads?provider=generic
Authorization: Bearer rk_••••

Check it.

Recent deals in Client settings › Leads & revenue lists the last 15 received, so a test from the Zap shows up there.

Zapier and Make questions.

Is there a RankUpside Zapier app?
No. Use Webhooks by Zapier to post to the client's RankUpside webhook. It works with any CRM that has a Zapier trigger for won deals or completed jobs.
What do I put in the Webhooks by Zapier step?
Method POST, the URL https://rankupside.com/api/hooks/revenue, payload type JSON, a header Authorization with the value Bearer and the site's key, and the fields id, date, amount, status, landing_page and source.
Does it work with Make?
Yes. Use Make's HTTP request module with the same URL, header and JSON body.
What happens when I rotate the key?
The old key stops working right away. Update the header in the Zap or scenario, or deals will be rejected with an "Unknown revenue key" error.
